ONBOARD
I’ll setup new accounts and gather passwords to existing accounts to make sure I have the correct access to your accounts.
SETUP/ ACCESS
I’ll perform an audit of your current accounts and align with the goals we discussed to develop a strategy to use across your social platforms.
DEVELOP STRATEGY
I’ll create a content calendar and your first two+ weeks’ of posts. You’ll have the opportunity to suggest edits or approve.
PLAN CONTENT
It’s time to start posting your content! I will strategically schedule and post your content and continue to create more of it!

Nope! I put a lot of time into learning about you and your business no matter where you’re located - down the street, across the country or around the globe. In fact, most of my clients are not local to me.
If you think there are specific geographic traits I need to be aware of that need to be reflected in your content, let’s talk about it!

Before getting started I’ll provide you with a questionnaire so you can tell me all about your business, style and ideal client. You will need to complete this “homework” before I get started on any content creation.
Brand photography. I cannot stress how important real, high quality imagery is for your content. Of course, I’m happy to source free stock images to fill the gaps but photos of yourself, product, service, before & afters, progress shots, etc. are all highly encouraged for you to provide.
I will also need access to your accounts so make sure you know your passwords.

Packages start at $500/month.
I require a three month commitment for all social media management contracts.
The reason? Social media is a long game. One month of posting and engagement, unfortunately, will not change the needle much. Our first month together will be half strategy and half posting and from there we will get the ball rolling. We typically see an uptick around month three.

Have you ever been looking into a new product or service and come across something that sounds great but when you realize the business doesn’t have a website you skip right onto the next? This happens all the time. Your potential clients put a lot of weight into selecting you, as their business of choice, on whether you have a website. It can even be a simple 1-2 pager as long as it legitimizes your brand. This is why I believe that social media management and website design go hand in hand and compliment one another.
When we work on your IG or FB bio I always include a link to your website, if you have one, to increase conversion.

This depends on the package you select but most clients go with 4 posts per week. It’s important to be consistent with your posts but it’s the quality of the content that is most beneficial for growth.

Posting on-brand content is great but if you end it there you’re not going to get the reach you’re hoping to accomplish. Social media is all about being social and your ideal client will grow to trust your business and brand if they see that there’s a human behind all the posting. That means engaging (AKA being social) with the people.
Adding engagement to your social media strategy and package includes responding to comments and DMs on your accounts, welcoming new followers, posting in relevant Facebook Groups and responding to reviews on your Google My Business page.
The goal is to make sure you’re connecting with the followers and potential followers that matter. It’s not about how many followers you have, but how many quality followers you are able to attract and convert. I can help with that!
