A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I love the ocean. It’s full of tranquility and adventure and it’s an absolute must for me to be near it often.
I used to be a corporate nine to fiver (or more like a six to three-er). My background spans from finance to project management across industries including an ecommerce startup, defense contractor and aviation lessor. That life suited me just fine but I was always yearning to utilize my creative side and dreamed of what it would be like to be my own boss someday.
Before WAVED came into my mind, I spent 10 years living the beach life in sunny Southern California. As an east coast native, this was always a dream of mine. When not working, I took full advantage of being able to walk down to the beach and travel the west coast.
But then came the pandemic and my husband and I decided it was time to make a move back east. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), I was forced to leave my no-longer-remote office job that I had been at for the previous 9 years and that’s when I got to thinking about my next venture.
WAVED was born and here we are today! I love helping the modern, busy entrepreneur make their life a little easier by offloading a few of the more mundane tasks involved with running a business.
A LITTLE more ABOUT ME
My husband and I got engaged on Valentine’s Day during a hike in Joshua Tree. We got married that same year in Palm Springs. At the end of the night we jumped into the pool and had an epic pool party!
We honeymooned in Africa on a safari through Tanzania and witnessed the Great Migration then spent a week in Zanzibar relaxing on the beach.
We have three little boys.
I love to bake and have a huge sweet tooth. Cooking not so much!
I live in the Cape Ann region of Massachusetts and just 10 minutes from the beach. But I miss California every single day.
My favorite music is hip-hop (my dad always said it was a phase and I would grow out of it…I think I proved him wrong) and EDM.
I miss traveling as much as I did before having kids but can’t wait to take them on more adventures once they’re older.
Oh, and did I mention I love the ocean?!
